Twin 180-metre towers defining Yongkang's new central district — 900,000 m² of convention halls, Grade-A offices, premium hotel, and retail, built and in full operation.

A 300-metre landmark at the Ou River gateway — 970,000 m² combining serviced residences, Grade-A offices, a luxury mall, and a 5-star hotel across a cluster of architecturally distinctive towers.

1.31 million m² master plan for Wenzhou's new waterfront CBD — 350,000 m² commercial, 250,000 m² offices, 125,000 m² hotel, and 250,000 m² residential along the Ou River, co-planned with the municipal government.

A 700,000 m² WTCA-affiliated gateway complex for western China — integrating a luxury hotel, modern apartments, Grade-A offices, a cultural exchange centre, and a World Trade cross-border exhibition hub.

China's largest cultural industry cluster — 400,000 m² across Art Business, Art Industry, and Art Creation zones, housing design headquarters, master studios, a museum, an art street, and a publishing R&D centre.

北京宋庄设计博物馆
A 2011 commission by Zaha Hadid Architects — an organic, fluid museum form conceived to anchor the Songzhuang cultural district in Tongzhou; held in the Joan Lee collection, unbuilt.

A 1950s state grain depot reborn as Taizhou's cultural creative quarter — home to the Museum of Contemporary Art Taizhou and site of the 2016 Joan Miró exhibition 'Desire · Individual'.
